1. Return Eligibility

Customers may request a return within 7 days of receiving the product, provided that:

  • The item is unused and in its original condition.
  • All original packaging, accessories, manuals, and invoices are included.
  • The product has not been installed, damaged, or modified after delivery.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Returns and refunds will not be accepted for:

  • Customized or made-to-order TV housing units.
  • Products damaged due to improper installation or misuse.
  • Items with missing parts, accessories, or damaged packaging.
  • Clearance or final-sale products.

3. Damaged or Defective Products

If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Order number
  • Photos/videos showing the issue
  • Description of the damage or defect

After verification, we will offer:

  • Replacement
  • Repair
  • Full or partial refund (depending on the case)

4. Refund Process

Once the returned item is inspected and approved:

  • Refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued through the original payment method.
  • Shipping and installation charges are non-refundable unless the issue was caused by us.

5. Exchange Policy

Exchanges are available for eligible products subject to stock availability. Additional charges may apply for upgraded models or custom requests.

6. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

7. Cancellation Policy

Orders may be canceled before production or shipping begins. Customized orders cannot be canceled once production has started.
